These terms cover your use of the Amarillo Lot Striping website. They are not the terms of any work we carry out, which are set out in the written quote and agreement for that job.

This website is information, not a contract

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a binding commitment. Prices, service descriptions, dimensions and timescales shown here are general information about how the work is normally done. The price for your property is the one in your written quote.

Quotes

Quotes are issued in writing after we have visited and measured the property. A quote holds unless the scope changes. Where something is discovered during the work that changes the scope, we stop and agree it with you before continuing.

Standards and requirements described here

This site refers to published standards, including the 2010 ADA Standards, the Texas Accessibility Standards and the International Fire Code. Those documents are revised, they are subject to local amendment, and how they apply depends on your specific property. Nothing here is a determination about your property, and none of it substitutes for the authority having jurisdiction or a Registered Accessibility Specialist.

Scheduling and weather

Pavement work is weather dependent. Paint, sealer and thermoplastic all have surface temperature, moisture and wind conditions within which they can be applied properly. Scheduled dates may move when conditions will not allow work to be done to the specified standard, and we will reschedule rather than apply material in conditions that will make it fail.
